Review board photos, condition ratings, and owner reviews. Use our messaging system to ask questions before committing to a rental or purchase.
Meet in Safe Locations
Always meet at the listed pickup location. For first-time rentals, consider meeting in public areas. Trust your instincts if something feels off.
Keep Payments on Platform
All transactions must go through BoardRack's secure payment system. Never pay outside the platform - this protects both parties.
Communicate Clearly
Use our messaging system to discuss pickup times, board condition, and expectations. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings.
Community Standards
Respectful Communication
Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
Honest Listings
Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your boards. Misrepresenting condition or availability is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Honor Bookings
Once confirmed, bookings are binding agreements. Cancellations should only occur in exceptional circumstances and according to the cancellation policy.
Care for Equipment
Renters must treat boards with care and return them in the same condition. Owners must ensure boards are safe and properly maintained.
Report Safety Concerns
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates our community standards, please report it immediately. We investigate all reports seriously and take appropriate action.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, a leading secure payment processor. We never store your full payment details.
