Taking Care of the Ocean
The ocean gave us this sport, these boards, these memories — and it deserves our respect in return. Every wave we ride is a reminder to tread lightly, leave the beach better than we found it, and pass on a healthy sea to the surfers who come after us.
Rental Protection & Security Deposits
We protect both surfers and board owners through a fair, refundable security deposit system. The deposit is only used if equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear. If no damage is reported within 48 hours, your deposit is automatically released.
For Renters
A refundable deposit is held at booking and automatically released 48 hours after your rental ends — if no damage is reported.
For Owners
Set your board's declared value and deposit amount. Submit a photo-based damage claim within 48 hours of rental end.
Fair Mediation
Disputed claims go through a platform review. BoardRack acts as a facilitator, not an insurer.
